What These Measurements Mean:
Lens Width: How wide each lens is, which affects the overall look and how the glasses fit your face.
Bridge: The small piece in the middle that sits on your nose; it should feel comfortable and secure.
Temple: The side parts that go behind your ears; make sure they are long enough to keep the glasses in place.
Total Width: The full measurement of the frame from one end to the other; this helps ensure the frames aren’t too narrow or too wide for your face.
This guide is designed to help you choose the best fitting frames for your face by comparing simple measurements in everyday language.
